Hi there! I see you’ve found your way to my page. There is a 70% chance, you wanted to find out more about a book, and a 30% chance, you wanted to read something fresh. To help you, here I am, Janhavi, with a collection of poems, stories and book reviews that might interest a palette looking for something new.
This blog is an effort to make a platform where we look at emotions and books a little differently. My main focus is exploring books which are not very popular, but should be, of course I will write about books that are popular too, no doubt. Secondly, I want to share some of my works and thoughts with you and see what you think of them. I have a wish to paint some colour in this grey, damp world through poems, stories and even just my thoughts. While it is true that most people are too busy in the daily hustle-bustle to read and think about things, this can be their and your place for a little break.
Now that you know enough about my blog, let me introduce myself. My name is Janhavi Battalwar (Janx), and I am a teenager who likes to think more, speak less and read a LOT. I have around a hundred and fifty books, which I love and care for. I appreciate reading books about emotions and everyday problems. I find their depth and varying perspectives nourishing, they provide fresh characters and food for thought. Speaking of things I like, reading and writing come on top, while food and music squeeze in 2nd and 3rd place. How I wish, dear reader, I knew what you like, but I shall find out, and find out soon.
