It’s been years now,

Looking through my window,

Holding my coffee tight,

But tonight,

I have a million things on my head,

A lifeless existence goes ahead,

I’m trying to win this race,

But don’t know if it even ends,

Tomorrow,

I’ll go ahead,

A little wiser,

Still carrying my mistakes,

Don’t even know my prize,

But if I win,

Life might come to an end,

So let me keep running,

Aimlessly through my city.
