I remember being told as a girl,

That violence for violence,

Is the rule of beasts.

And so,

I must never strike back when one strikes at me;

But when they come with their swords and guns,

And strip me-

Of dignity and person.

I am reduced to an object.

Flat, thick, curvy, fat, thin, hot, cute, sexy, chic, item

Nothing but your trophy.

And that is the problem-

I AM NOT AN OBJECT,

I am a human.

But you have reduced me,

(Or tried to)

To an object.

You have failed.

I am no longer human,

But I can not be an object;

I have become victor’s sick and twisted thing.

A beast;

The only hybrid of human and object and a violent type of fury.

This is why,

If violence for violence,

Is the rule of beasts,
